Medboks is operated by MEDBOKS SUPPLIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We operate the website medboks.com and related applications (the "Platform") through which customers may rent or purchase medical devices and book home-care services.

Our services are available in select areas across India. Coverage may expand or change over time; current serviceability is shown at the time of placing an order.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
• Rental orders require successful KYC (identity verification) before payment is processed.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.

3.1 Device Rental

We offer medical equipment on a rental basis for a specified period. Rental periods, rates, and security deposits are displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout. The security deposit is fully refundable upon timely return of the device in good condition.

3.2 Device Purchase

Devices listed for purchase are sold as described. All sales are subject to availability. Prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Home Care Services

We facilitate booking of vetted home-care professionals (nurses, physiotherapists, etc.). Medboks acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent service providers. The care professional assigned to your booking is an independent contractor, not an employee of Medboks.

3.4 Service Availability

All services are subject to availability in your area. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if serviceability, stock, or professional availability cannot be confirmed.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, and wallets.

A security deposit is collected for rental orders and held separately. The deposit is returned to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after the device is returned and inspected.

Medboks reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Prices confirmed at checkout will not change after order placement.

5.1 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before delivery. Once a device has been delivered, the rental period begins and cancellation is not permitted for that period.

5.2 Early Return

Rental devices may be returned early. Refunds for unused rental days may be issued at our discretion based on the return condition and timing. Delivery and service charges are non-refundable.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or Razorpay Payout to your UPI/bank account. Refund timelines may vary based on your bank.

• Rented devices — You are responsible for the safe use and return of rented devices in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear. Damage beyond normal wear may result in deductions from your security deposit.
• Medical supervision — Certain devices require medical supervision. You confirm you have obtained appropriate medical advice before renting such devices. Medboks does not provide medical advice.
• Account security — Keep your OTP and account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Accurate information — Provide accurate delivery addresses, KYC details, and patient information. Incorrect information may delay or prevent service delivery.
• Lawful use — Use our services only for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable Indian laws.

Rental orders require identity verification (KYC) before payment is processed. We may require you to submit government-issued identity documents and complete a liveness or verification check. Specific requirements may vary and are subject to change based on applicable regulations.

Failure to complete KYC will result in the order remaining in a pending state and the payment not being processed. Medboks reserves the right to cancel orders where KYC cannot be successfully completed.

All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of MEDBOKS SUPPLIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medboks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury arising from device use.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Medboks does not provide medical advice. Device use for medical purposes should be under appropriate clinical supervision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform.
